Key learning outcomes
|
The contents of this study programme emphasize the acquirement of skills which are necessary for finding a good employment in life. The main focus is the module of compulsory specialized subjects in which students gradually extend their language knowledge and acquire and train their translating and interpreting skills. This core module is complemented by other three modules: 1. Module "practical language" which should help students to reach the C1 level according to the EU 2. Module "Czech language and another languages" 3. Module "Cultural and Educational context": a structure of courses (lectures, seminars) that provides general education, general cultural awareness, an overview of culture, literature, historical and intellectual development of German speaking countries. These courses aim, among other things, at expanding vocabulary.
