Prager deutsche Literatur Die Prager deutsche Literatur wird in der Forschung meistens durch prominente Autoren wie Kafka, Werfel oder Meyrink vertreten, deren Werke sich der literarischen Moderne zuordnen lassen. Im Seminar wird die Aufmerksamkeit auf eine eher populäre Gattung gerichtet - auf die Kriminalliteratur. In den einführenden Sitzungen werden die Problematik und Geschichte dieser Gattung vorgestellt (samt der Fragen nach "Minderwertigkeit" oder "Trivialität") und zwei drei "Klassiker" der deutschsprachigen Weltliteratur in gemeinsamer Analyse behandelt. Im weiteren Verlauf werden Studenten zu einzelnen ausgewählten Werken der Prager deutschen und deutschmährischen Literatur referieren. Primärliteratur 1. Interpretation of texts of a specific period, genre, writer, or on a particular subject or topic.
Students will gain insight into literature and literary criticism in selected periods as well as knowledge on topics dealt with in German language literature. A special emphasis is laid on the knowledge of the historical and cultural-historical context. The resulting competence also consists in an independent interpretation of a literary text and its examination in the literary historical as well as general historical, aesthetical, sociological context and in a comparative relation to the literature of the student's mother tongue/or the second subject. |
