| Key learning outcomes | The master level programme European Law and EU Policies is a modern study programme that combines the study of law and other social sciences into a unique whole. Law, politics and economics have been significantly influenced by the European decision-making processes in recent years. Knowledge of the law, processes and institutional framework of the European Union is therefore highly important for the public sector and for every citizen. In this respect, the European Law and EU Policies programme provides a unique opportunity to learn about the relationship between law and policy and the impact of European integration on Member States and their citizens. The programme offers the biggest extent of courses in European law among the Czech and Slovak universities. Studying the European Law and EU Policies programme gives students the opportunity to obtain a second diploma in the framework of the double degree programme thanks to the cooperation with Paris-Lodron Universität Salzburg. |
