1) What is international trade politics? 2) Theoretical approaches 3) Historical development of world economy 4) The concept of globalisation 5) Economic regionalism 6) International organisations and trade 7) International monetary relations 8) International trade with goods, capital and services 9) Hegemon, triad in world economy 10) Developmnt and aid policies 11) Global problems of international trade 12) Czechia in international economy

Learning outcomes
The course provides a general overview of the political and economic processes and conflicts in international relations. It analyzes the role of a hegemon, globalisation, regionalisation, developmen, sustainability and corporations.
The students will learn the basic concepts of international trade politics, the EU role and the legal and political aspects of international trade. Students will be able to apply these terms and concepts to other areas of their study and work.
Prerequisites
The completion of this course is not conditioned upon completion of any other courses.
