| Key learning outcomes | The aim of the study is to gain knowledge of all basic areas of chemistry (inorganic, organic, analytical, physical chemistry and biochemistry). Students extend this knowledge through optional courses. They will also gain laboratory skills and experience through laboratory courses and work on student's thesis. One of the important aims of study is to gain extensive experience with modern analytical instrumentation, including training in maintenance and minor repairs. During a long-term internship in the last semester of the study the students experience the work of an institution or company that carry out chemical analyses. |
