Course content |
It follows up to the course KFC/BZP on the basis of Act No. 356/2003 Coll., Part 8 §44 a, b. The Training takes place at least once a year. A participation record must be taken and a physical person or legal entity is obliged to keep it at least 3 years. Physical persons who within their job handle with hazardous substances or waste classified as highly toxic, toxic or carcinogenic marked R-sentence 45 or 49, mutagenic marked R-sentence 46 and toxic for reproduction marked R-sentence 60 or 61 must be informed about the hazardous properties of the substances, principles of health protection and principles of first aid. The topics focus on the application of fundamental laws, directives and implementation guidelines in the field of education and on final recipient using the hazardous substances.
