Course content |
Pipette and balances verification in the analytical laboratory. Measurement of electrical quantities, basic modification of electronic circuits (soldering, desoldering, interconnections, ?) Maintenance and service of " liquid chromatographs (fittings, valves, pumps, detectors, columns) " gas chromatographs (injectors, columns, detectors, gas distribution system) " mass spectrometers (ion sources, ion optics, vacuum system) " capillary electrophoresis (capillary, detectors, routine maintenance of other parts) " atomic absorption spectrometers (radiation sources, nebulizer, burner, graphite cuvettes) " ICP-MS (plasma head, sample introduction, conuses, spectrometer tuning) " optical spectrometry instruments (cleaning, checking and replacing the radiation source, optical axis adjustment, wavelength calibration, measurement condition optimization) " electrochemical analyzers (electrodes, cells) " checking the function and maintenance of small laboratory instruments (pH meter, conductometer, polarimeter, refractometer, dielectrometer, ?)
