Learning outcomes |
The course is focused on understanding of the principles of international trade and on description of the institutions that take part in the cooperation between the Czech Republic and France. The students will be able to explain their opinion on the current issues, mentioning the advantages and disadvantages of the different solutions, both orally and in writing. The course is designed in an interactive way using innovative methods in the context of e-learning environment Moodle. Students work with the up-to-date materials and thus acquire the active vocabulary of economics meeting the needs of the labour market.
In the course, the students will learn the basic knowledge and skills in the following scope and they will be able to demonstrate them in the exam: The students are able to write clear, well-organized detailed texts on principles of international trade. They are able to speak fluently and readily about the topic, as well as to recognize the implicit meanings of the texts. |

Assessment methods and criteria |
Oral exam, Essay, Student performance, Analysis of linguistic
E-learning work by means of the Moodle interface. Recording new vocabulary, responding to discussions, fulfillment of the tasks assigned in Moodle, downloading of the mandatory readings. Giving a presentation. The course is completed by writing an essay. |
