The aim of the subject is to prepare students for the pedagogical process in a classroom in which a pupil/pupils in need of support measures are being educated. Students will also prepare practically for solving situations that result from the heterogeneity of the class, from the need for pedagogical diagnostics and from the necessity of cooperation with another teacher in the teaching unit. It includes thematic areas: - Identification of the needs of support measures in level 1 (pedagogical diagnosis) - Preparation of educational content depending on the diversity of possibilities of individual pupils - Methods and forms of work focused on the individualization of education - Cooperation with the teaching assistant - Tandem teaching - Communication with other pedagogues about the progress and evaluation of education - Cohesion of the collective of the class in which the pupil/pupils with SEN needs are educated After successfully completing the course, the student will be able to assess the effectiveness of education in a heterogeneous class and, within the framework of the teacher's methodological support, inform him about effective procedures leading to the individualization of the teaching process while respecting the possibilities and abilities of individual students.
