Students will focus on basic communication skills. They learn to start, lead and end a conversation well. Through practical exercises, communication with the family in crisis situations will be presented - after a diagnosis, when the health condition worsens or when a family member dies. We will focus on the differences and specifics in the communication of individual members (most often ? mothers, fathers, siblings, grandparents).
