Course content
|
A week in a prosthetic laboratory. Students get acquainted with technology of laboratory making of dental prostheses.

Learning outcomes
|
Summer practical training in the private dental office. Familiarization students with operation of dental office. Students will be cooperationg with dentist and dental asistence during filling procedure, dental impressions and fixed indirect restorations.
Students are able to make models of oral cavity, prepare dental materials for all kinds of impressions including their mounting in the articulator.

Student performance
Confirmation from dental office or practising dentist of graduation the practices during 30 hours. Brief evaluation of student´s work and skills during the practices written by the laboratory technician the student do the practise by.
