Course content
Main topics of the subject -Specificities of nursing process in adults with sudden abdominal (inflammatory, ileal, gastrointestinal bleeding) -Specificities of nursing process in adult with surgical disease of the urogenital system (kidney, prostate) -Specificities of nursing process in adult with traumatological disease (abdomen, limb, polytrauma), with burns -Specificities of Nursing Care in War Conflict -Specificities of nursing process in adults in other fields - transplantology, orthopedics

Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the subject is to acquire knowledge and skills for provision of individual nursing care through the nursing process in adult patients with surgical disease in standard and pre-hospital emergency care.
Upon completion of the course students will be able to: - Assess the condition of patients and provide individual nursing care to patients with a surgical disorder - Specify nursing care in patients with sudden abdominal (inflammatory, ileal, gastrointestinal bleeding) - to specify nursing care in patients with surgical diseases of the urogenital system (kidney, prostate) - Specify nursing care in patients with traumatological disorders (abdomen, limbs, polytrauma), with burns - Specifics of Nursing Care in War Conflict - Specify nursing care in patients in other disciplines - transplantology, orthopedics

90% participation in lessons. Processing, presentation and defense of patient assessment with selected surgical disease
