Course content
1st Style procedures (text models), their modifications, terms of use 2nd Objective and subjective factors 3rd Functional style just the media, aesthetic communicative 4th Functional style expert 5th Functional editorial style - Communication Framework 6 - 7th Intelligence information function, information quality 8 - 9th News - objectification 10th News - text patterns (genres) 11th Journalism in the strict sense - wordage 12th Journalism in the strict sense - text patterns (genres) 13th Sujet area - wordage 12th Sujet Area - - text patterns (genres)

Learning outcomes
Attention will be given to individual functional styles and their individual style areas will be monitored in detail the functional style of editorial, its strands. Editorial style will approach from the perspective of function-communication approach. Part of the course will be practical tasks and exercises aimed at strengthening their style, textual competence of students.
The purpose of the course is to strengthen the text and stylistic competence of students. The expected output is the ability to produce texts of the course participants in the precise configuration of communication parameters
Prerequisites
The course builds on the courses Introduction to the Study of Language, Contemporary Czech Language 1 and 2
KZU/SCJB2

Assessment methods and criteria
Mark, Oral exam, Written exam, Student performance

Credit: - 75% of active participation in teaching, - Classified knowledge test - Seminar presentation sub-tasks. Test: - Test theoretical knowledge through choice questions based on topics.
