1. Statistical inspection. OC curve. Sampling plan. 2. Ranking of process capability and manufacturing facilities. Capability Indices. 3. Loss function 4. FishBone Diagram. Flow Diagram. Ishikawa Diagram. Pareto chart. 5. Control charts - Shewhart 6. Control charts - CUMSUM

Credit: attend the classes and pass the written test. Exam: the student has to present knowledge and understanding during the oral exam.
