Seminar topics: 1. Entities of public administration in the Czech Republic. 2. Executors of public administration in the Czech Republic. 3. Government of the Czech Republic. 4. President of the Czech Republic. 5. Organisation of state administration I - ministries and other central state administration bodies. 6. Organisation of state administration II - regional and local state administration bodies. 7. Organisation of state administration III - indirect executors of state administration. 8. Organisation of state administration IV - public security corps. 9. Organisation of state administration V - independant state administration bodies. 10. Organisation of self-government I - municipal self-government, municipal self-government bodies, their powers and competences.

Learning outcomes |
The emphasis is put on practicing all language skills in relation to professional language used in administrative law.
Students who have completed this subject will deepen knowledge and skills in the field of technical legal terminology and they will become familiar with Anglo-American legal system. Students are able to discuss topics on administrative law in English. |

Student performance
In order to get the credit and the exam it is essential that the students have a regular attendance in the scope set by the seminar leader. The students must also complete the tasks assigned by the teacher. |
