Diversity of metabiolism. Autotrophic, heterotrophicf, chemotrotrophicf, phototrophic and another organisms. Status of oxygen in the metabolisms. Aerobic, anaerobic, obligatory aerobic and anaerobic organisms, facultative anaerobic organisms and another. Anabolisms and catabolisms. Thermodynamic of biological systems. Function of enzymes in the organisation of katabolic and anabolic ways. Regulation of metabolisms. Amfibolic intermediate products. Adenosinetriphosphate cycle. Part of nicotinamides koenzyms in the anabolic and catabolic metabolic ways. Methods of experimental study of metabolic ways. Sacharide metabolisms. Lipide metabolisms. Proteine metabolisms. Nucleotide metabolisms. Type of signal molecules and intercellular signalisation of eukaryotes. Metabolisms of hormons and basic experimetal methods study their effect. Mechanisms of transmission signals mediated by outer receptors. Heterotrimeric trnsduction G-proteins a their function. Integration of metabolisms and unidirection of metabolic ways. .
