Course content
Reliability and validity issues - applied objectification methods. Experiment design. Data collection. Working with literature. Scientific text structure. Examples of dealing with specific problems connected to the topic choices and writing of the final report paper.

Learning outcomes
Basics of research methodology and publishing in rehabilitation; orientation in basic aims and possibilities of scientific research in rehabilitation, in the most commonly used methods (questionnaires, clinical charts?). A deeper introduction to the structure of scientific texts, the selection of adequate statistical and other scientific methods to process the functional issues in kinesiology and physiotherapy.
Students will be able to work with publications and data, incorporate EBM principles into kinesiology and physiotherapy.
