This course is designed as a supplementary conversation class for beginner to lower-intermediate learners of Japanese (approximately JLPT N4 level) and is taught by a native Japanese-speaking instructor. The course focuses on acquiring and practicing spoken Japanese, expanding students' vocabulary, improving pronunciation and intonation, and developing the basic skills necessary for clear and contextually appropriate communication in Japanese. The objective of the course is to develop students' ability to actively communicate in Japanese, respond appropriately in conversation, and improve their ability to listen to and correctly interpret spoken Japanese. Therefore, part of the course is based on listening activities using audio recordings.
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to: - communicate actively in Japanese and participate in basic conversations; - respond appropriately in various conversational situations; - comprehend spoken Japanese and correctly interpret spoken language. |
