| Key learning outcomes | During the three year-study of the programme Law in Public Administration program, the students are acquainted with selected branches of the Czech legal system, in the degree of detail corresponding to the requirements of legal practice in the field of public administration. The following basic thematic areas are addressed: A) Jurisprudence, B) Theory of State, C) Civil law, D) Constitutional law, E) European law, F) Commercial law, G) Criminal law, H) Administrative law, (I) Labor law, (J) Financial law, (K) Environmental law, (L) Social security law. Graduates are ready to practice legal professions in public administration, where a bachelor's degree is sufficient. This degree program does not entitle graduates to practice regulated legal professions requiring a master's degree in law. At the same time, students will be able to focus on diverse areas of legal regulation in sub-sectors of public administration within the elective courses in the program, taking into account the needs of their specialization and the future profession. |
