Course content

Learning outcomes
The objective of VCJ/A2 is to develop language skills of general English at level B1 of the Common European Framework for Languages. The course focuses on building vocabulary, re-enforcing grammar, developing reading and listening with understanding and promoting speaking. It works primarily with common English, i.e. the language used in everyday situations by native speakers.
Acquisition of language knowledge on the B1-B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference.
Prerequisites
Minimum language knowledge on the B1 level according to the European Framework of Reference.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam, Written exam

A student is not allowed to be absent more than twice during the semestr. The final grade is based on the result of the credit test and the result of the oral examination. Part-time students do not attend classes on regular basis. They prepare for the credit test themselves. In case of need please contact your tutor.
