The aim of this course is to provide students with overview of several types of obligations ex lege in particular with the law of torts and to explain complex relation between concrete types. The unavoidable part covers work with the relevant case-law. The subject innovation has been supported by the project Support of Interdisciplinary studies and Study Programmes Innovations at Palacký University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0091.
Students who have completed this course will gain the detailed knowledge of connected with the questions of law of obligation particularly statutory obligations ex lege. Training of work with the case law is included. |

Students who want to complete this course must first successfully complete the Law of Obligations 1 - Introduction and Law of Obligations 2 - Contractual Obligations.
