Lecture Topics: System of law of obligations, general terms, obligation, credit, and debt. Content of obligation. Preliminary contract. Public promise and public competition. Joint obligations. Consumers contracts. Changes in the content of contract. Threats to the status of obligation Changes in the subjects of obligation. Securing of obligation. Termination of obligation. Learning outcomes
The content of this course is general part of the law of obligations. Students will be apprised with general institutions regulated in civil but also commercial law. The unavoidable part covers work with the relevant case-law. The subject innovation has been supported by the project Support of Interdisciplinary studies and Study Programmes Innovations at Palacký University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0091.
Students who have completed this course will gain detailed knowledge of the topic of the law of obligations, in particularly general part of obligation law. Training of skills connected with the work with literature is included.
Prerequisites
Students who want to complete this course must first successfully complete Introduction to Private Law 1 and Introduction to Private Law 2.

Seminar Work

It is essential that those students who would like to pass the course must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher and they also must succeed in the Pre-Exam Credit.
