The course complements the complex of subjects falling into the third pillar of the study program. It follows up to courses aimed at developing the student's scientific activities. With regard to the fact that it is a subject included in the last year of study, the student is already expected to have a high degree of professional knowledge and competence, and therefore the emphasis is on their presentation abroad, or presentation with an international element. After consultation with the supervisor, the student is obliged to complete a scientific internship abroad for at least one month. The student may replace this study obligation by agreement with the supervisor by obtaining and solving a scientific project with an international element or submitting a publication or professional article in English, French, German, Russian, Spanish or Italian, which will be published abroad or in the Czech Republic a peer-reviewed foreign-language journal. The course is designed for students of the specialization Criminal Law.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge necessary to understand the features of law.
