The subject represents the basic subject forming the third pillar of the study program focused on the development of professional skills and general competence of the student, namely the ability of the student to present acquired knowledge and skills in scientific text and scientific forum. The course is conceived as a four-semester, with the advancing semesters increasing the demands of fulfilling students within the course. The course is designed for students of the specialization Criminal Law. During the semester, as in the second and third semesters of the course, the student is obliged, in cooperation with his / her supervisor, to select a topic for his / her scientific contribution (to identify the problem to be solved) and to prepare his / her scientific paper to be eligible for presentation at a scientific conference( ability to present a solution to a selected problem).
