Actual application software of medical practices. Hospital information systems. Computer networks and internet applications. Advanced chapters of application and database software. Software support in teamwork.

Learning outcomes
|
The course offers to improve students' knowledge and skills of software computer equipment utilization according to needs of their future medical practice. The lessons emphasize on the field of medical application software and hospital information systems while develop the everyday handling of general purpose software tools and technologies.
Students will learn and improve their knowledge and skills of application and database software handling. Students will know how to work with applications within environment of hospital information system, local area network and Internet.

Prerequisites
|
Students ought to have fundamental attainments in informatics and computer technology at the secondary education level.
