Course content
The structure and function of the skin. Bullous dermatoses. Circulatory disorders of the lower extremities. Radiation and skin. Psoriasis vulgaris and related dermatoses. Skin naevi. Precanceroses. Skin neoplasms. Sexually-transmitted diseases.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, Observation, Demonstration
Learning outcomes
Practical knowledge of dermatological and venerological examinations including basic laboratory tests. Identification of the most common dermatological and venerological diseases and basic knowledge of the appropriate therapy.
Students will be able to implement acquired knowledge to the diagnostic-therapeutic process and in the scientific research.

Prerequisite subjects: Microbiology 2, Pathology and Patho-physiology

Requirements for obtaining credit: 1. 100% attendance on all seminars and practical trainings 2. Iconography 3. 75% of the points in the PC test
