Course content
Practical training is focused on instructive knowledge, skills, habits and work stereotypes / algorithms for nursing care in standard care departments, intensive care units, and medical rescue service. Students gain experience and automate skills both in normal nursing activities and in sudden emergencies. They gradually acquire work stereotypes and then consolidate, collect, process and transmit information about patients / clients, process nursing history, work independently with patient / client documentation and use it to monitor their needs, assemble and gradually implement the nursing plan under natural conditions, continuously evaluate the performed nursing activities, including failure, and determine changes in interventions, leading to the modification of the patient's state of health, respecting the particularities of nursing care for each age category, adapting to the specifics of work in the children's and psychiatric ward, adequately communicating with the patient / client and his relatives of the above-mentioned departments, correctly formulate and transmit information to the members of the medical team, manage the work organization at the RLP-RZP-LZS exit point, practically apply their theoretical recurrent knowledge and skills at work with the rescue service, know how to take over and hand over patients, first examinations and treatments in a medical rescue service practice, are familiar with the organization and way of working at the KOS dispatching center, with caller communications, interact with other emergency services, know the equipment and service of the ambulance vehicle, engage in teamwork of the rescue vehicle vehicle crew, be active members of teams in the emergency department, manage the medical equipment needed to monitor patient / client status, respect patients' rights and adhere to the principles of ethics when working on an ambulance service, handle the specifics of contact and communication with patients / clients and their relatives in the work of emergency rescue services, practically handle the specifics of extraordinary behavior LOST (e.g. patient aggressor, patient in acute phase of psychosis, patient in suicide crisis, communication with survivors in tragic events, etc.).

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is gradual adaptation to the medical rescue service environment.
After completing the IIIB professional practice, students will: - perform a nursing assessment of the patient's clinical status in the following areas: - nutrition, hydration, excretion, activity, comfort, breathing, skin condition, invasive inputs, perception, relationships - assemble and gradually implement the nursing plan under natural conditions - continuously evaluate the performed nursing activities - Perform all nursing care at the instigation of a mentor or authorized health care practitioner - Apply their theoretical and preclinical knowledge and skills when working at rescue services - to respect the particularities of nursing care for each age category - Work independently with patient documentation - to show an active interest - Respect the nurses 'code of ethics and patients' rights - adequately communicate with the patient and relatives, with other members of the nursing team - Properly formulate and transmit information to members of the medical team - manage the work organization at the RLP-RZP-LZS Exit Component - Engage in the crew of the rescue vehicle crew - respect the principles of confidentiality - know how to take over and hand over patients, first examinations and treatments in a rescue service - manage the specifics of behavior in emergencies (eg patient aggressor, patient in acute phase of psychosis, patient in suicide crisis, communication with survivors in tragic events, etc.). - to know the specifics of work in child and psychiatric wards

100% participation. Defending documentation based on tutor's requirements. Submitting a record of professional practice on passing the practice with its assessment within the clinical workplace and medical rescue service.
