Main topics: 1. Winter transport means and their improvisation 2. Rope technique (building of a place for winter protection, starting and pulling of the wounded) 3. Remedies, use of cats and ices 4. Subcooling and frostbite - treatment, transport, prevention 5. Positioning and care in field conditions, use of fixation aids 6. Travel rules on slopes and mountain terrain in general 7. Collection technology using transport means, demonstration of transports 8. Organization of rescue work in avalanche terrain 9. Possibilities of using air rescue in mountainous terrain Work and collaboration with the general public, accident prevention, hypothermia and frostbite

Learning outcomes |
The professional concentration is very closely related and its content follows the theoretical and practical subject of the Specialized Concentration of I. (Rope and Transport Technology). Its main objective is to extend the knowledge and skills related to other components of the IRS, with which the medical rescuer will cooperate closely.
After completing the professional concentration II. - cable transport technology II. students will be able to: - improvise with winter transport - Build habitats for winter protection, triggering and pulling out of the wounded - Use safety devices, cats and anvils - Treat and transport sub-cooled and frozen wounded - Position and treat wounded in field conditions - Use fixation aids - Apply rules on downhill slopes and mountain terrain in general - Demonstrate the technique of transport by means of transport - Organize rescue work in avalanche terrain - Use aerial rescue in mountainous terrain |
