Forms of exercises: individual, exercises in pairs, groups, frontal education. - motor tests - endurance run - athletic alphabet - acrobatic exercises and tool exercises (beams, climbers, benches, mats, etc.) - circuit training - obstacle course - sports games - compensatory exercise

Learning outcomes |
Physical Education III. follows the subject Physical Education I. The subject is focused on development of motor skills (strength, endurance and speed capabilities, coordination skills and flexibility) and motor skills. Specific methods for the development of physical fitness including basic gymnastics, fitness gymnastics, sports training, sports games and conditional physical education are applied during the course.

Adequate medical condition enabling increase in physical performance, physical and mental fitness.
