Course content
Identification of different types of physical health training. Specifics of lessons for children, prevention of unilateral load in elementary school students; school rating ergonomics. Demonstration of exercise lessons for elementary school students. PHT in cardiovascular diseases as secondary prevention, monitoring, and performance criteria. PHT in diabetes patients, criteria for choosing exercises, monitored parameters, regime measures. Age specifications and pathogenesis, appropriate exercise selection in elderly. PHT in sensory depression.

Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Dialogic Lecture (Discussion, Dialog, Brainstorming), Demonstration, Training in job and motor Skils, Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
The focus is to introduce possibilities, goals, and different kinds of physical health training. Students will learn practical skills in specific system diseases.
Students will learn specific differences and risks in particular system diseases in the form of practical training.
