Learning outcomes

The goal is to teach students how to occupy a hospitalized patient as part of general ergotherapy training. As for specialized ergotherapy the aim is to prevent disability and handicap. Once handicaps occur students must be able to test the patient's residual work potential and in coordination with other professionals propose possibilities for everyday life reintegration and potentially into the work process.
Upon completion of the course students will be able to offer qualified support to the handicapped, including providing compensation aids, cooperation with social security offices, labor offices, etc.
