Course content
|
Students have practical training at assigned workplaces under PT supervision. They carry out a kinesiological assessment on an assigned patient, establish short- and long-term rehabilitation plan and after consulting a PT they perform basic treatment and physiotherapeutic techniques. Students are provided the patients' medical documentation prior to the assessment.

The goal of the practicum is to acquire a system of efficient work habits and skills under the supervision of instructors and other participants in the therapeutic process.
During the course students will master the kinesiotherapeutic strategy in individual clinical fields (traumatology, neurology, neurosurgery, internal medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, and psychiatry). Students will be capable of managing rehabilitation and education programs for individual patients.
