Course content
Biological techniques 2: Composition and function of microscopes and other magnifying instruments, drawing methods, drawings of biological objects, native and persistent microscopic preparates, intravital dying of Ciliata, techniques of processing, cleaning and using of permanent preparates.

Student should be able to (after attending the course): - use properly binocular and stereoscopic microscope - apply principles of biological drawing - list the basic microscoping methods - make simple micropreparates - demonstrate knowledge of basic dying techniques
