Course content
Practices on Microscopy: Composition and function of microscopes and other magnifying instruments, drawing methods, drawings of biological objects, native and persistent microscopic preparates, intravital dying of Ciliata, techniques of making, cleaning and using of permanent preparates, hematological microscopic methods - blood coating.

Monologic Lecture(Interpretation, Training), Activating (Simulations, Games, Dramatization)
Learning outcomes
basic methods of microscopy and preparing of microscopic objects
Student should be able to (after attending the course): - use properly binocular and stereoscopic microscope - apply principles of biological drawing - list the basic microscoping methods - make simple micropreparates - demonstrate knowledge of basic dying techniques

Eklementary laboratory skills on High school level
