Learning outcomes |
The course is focused on the deeper understanding of the constitutional foundations of Administrative Law. Students have to study the basic concepts of administrative law and its reflection in the Constitution and other legislation. It is expected that students certify orientation in the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court in selected problematic areas (not only) relating to the topic of their work.
