Course content
1. Legal regulation of the air protection. 2. Environmental Impact Assessment. 3. Legal regulation of chemical substances and genetically modifies organisms disposal. The environmental protection within selected activities. 4. Environmental Protection within town and country planning and building proceedings. 5. Summary of legal regulation of particular elements of the environment and of the sources of the environmental threat.

Learning outcomes
The purpose of the course is to reassume to elements gained within the course Bases of the Environmental Law and to extend the knowledge in the sphere of the environmental protection. Explications of other spheres of the environmental law and the analysis of concrete environmental cases will reassume the general theoretical knowledge.
Students who will complete this course will gain the knowledge and skills to use special legal regulation of the Environmental Law that they shall mostly meet in praxis
Prerequisites
The prerequisite of this course attendance is successful graduation of the course Bases of the Environmental Law. Study of this course also assumes the capacity of the students to orientace themselves within the legal rules, individual studies of specialized periodicals and of the other recommended literature, and also the orientation in the basic terms of the Administrative law.

Assessment methods and criteria
Seminar Work

The course is finished by a colloquium which shall be gained if student realize these conditions: - active participation at seminars (max. 1 absence) - five seminar papers
