Learning outcomes
|
Given the focus of the subject, the course develops, in particular, the competencies of legal interpretation, critical thinking, participation in public policy-making, argumentation skills, and ethical orientation. Students are guided to understand not only legal principles but also their application in the complex and proactive context of environmental protection and sustainable development in the Czech Republic, the EU, and globally.
