Course content
|
The aim of the course is to prepare the students for the oral part of the final state examination, which includes: obligatory Constitutional and administrative law (general and procedural administrative law). In addition, the students choose the following two components of these pre-exhaustive ones: Administrative Law - Special Part, Environmental Law, Social Security Law, Tax and Fee Law, Public Property Administration.

Learning outcomes
|
The course is focused on preparing students for the oral part of the state final examination. The lectures will primarily reflect all changes in legislation and case law and familiarize students with them. In addition, attention will be paid to problematic or otherwise difficult partial aspects and issues relating again to the content of the final state examination.
The aim of the course is to help students prepare for the oral part of the final state examination, updating the knowledge and information, their completion, as well as clarifying the problematic or unclear aspects of the given topic.
