Course content
Administrative supervision Administrative punishment 1 Administrative punishment 2 Police administration Interior administration: Name and surname. Births, Marriages and Deaths Register. Public records. Identity cards. Travel documents. Assembly. Building administration 1 Building administration 2 Administration in tertiary educational system. Care of historical monuments. Learning outcomes
Administrative law 2 follows Administrative law 1. It aims to present especially legal regulation of special sectors of public administration (special Administrative law). But the first lectures follow the topic administrative punishment and administrative supervision. The rest of the lectures provides with information about interior public administration, administration in educational system with the focus on tertiary education, administration in culture, police administration and building administration. The issue is presented in connection with legislation, doctrine and case law (Czech and European). In terms of resources and depth of the curriculum, knowledge verification is a qualitatively more demanding study than similar subjects taught within the bachelor's program. The subject innovation has been supported by the project Support of Interdisciplinary studies and Study Programmes Innovations at Palacký University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0091.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge and skills to use special legal regulation of certain sectors of public administration that they shall mostly meet in praxis.

Subject Administrative Law 2 follows the subject Administrative Law 1.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student performance, Written exam

Colloquium: Verification of theoretical knowledge - in the form of interim class exams written at each seminar (always partial issues). Verification of the ability of practical application NSP4 matter - final work - content will enter the facts on which questions will be formulated to verify the student's ability to apply the law and theoretical knowledge in practice.
