Learning outcomes
|
The aim of this seminar is to acquaint students with the main principles of the proceedings before the Land Registry, the types of entries, the course of the proceedings before the Land Registry, the scope of the review of the Office, the types of decisions, appeals. The seminar focuses on the procedural status of the parties and their acts in the proceedings, with a special emphasis on lex specialis. Interpretation is supplemented by practical examples and case studies, as well as case law.
Students who have completed this course will gain detailed knowledge of regulation of real estate administration.
