Learning outcomes
|
Sports law represents a dynamic and multidisciplinary area of law which intergrates private law as well as public law elements. In this subject the reality of contemporary sport will be introduced in context of various branches of law. The class topics reflect the curriculum structure in the sense that the students will be able to use the knowledge they already have from the other courses. Classes will be taught interactively in combination with e-learning and they will encompass also an analysis of relevant case law. The subject innovation has been supported by the project Support of Interdisciplinary studies and Study Programmes Innovations at Palacký University in Olomouc, CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0091.
Students who have completed this course will gain the knowledge necessary to understand the features of law.

The completion of this course is not conditioned upon completion of any other courses.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Seminar Work
It is essential that those students who would like to pass the course must have attendance within the scope set by the seminar teacher and succeed in the colloquium. The student is required to work with the learning objects, which have been created for the concrete subject and are available for authorized students in LMS EDIS.
