Learning outcomes
|
The course offers deepening knowledge of selected issues of the legislation relating technical environmental protection and public administration in these fields. The course follows the subjects regarding Administrative Law and Environmental Law. Mining Law is traditionally one of the basic themes of the regulation of natural resources. Energy Law is one of the modern legal disciplines, reflects the dynamic development of the energy management regulation, including selected types of energy subsidies. Mining and Energy Law are affected by various legal rules of International and EU Law.
Students who have completed this course will gain theoretical knowledge. The goal is to learn and understand the laws applicable in the management of natural resources and learn to apply it in practice. The course is aimed at expanding knowledge of selected issues legislation the technical protection of the environment and of public administration in these fields.
