Sources of administrative law. Application administrative law. 11. Forms of public administration activities 12. Organization of public administration. 13. Territorial self-government. Municipal government. Regional self-government. Interesting autonomy. 14. Administrative punishment. 15. Expropriation. 16. Public use 17. Administrative supervision. 18. Right to information in public administration 19. Liability for damage to public administration 20. Ombudsman 21. Parliamentary control of public administration. Administrative proceedings under special laws The content of the thematic areas corresponds to the following subjects: Fundamentals of Constitutional Law, General Administrative Law I., General Administrative Law II., Communal Law, Administrative Procedural Law.
This course is a prerequisite for the completion of the final State exams and for graduate from studies in the field of Law in public administration. The student will acquire very good knowledge of administrative law and constitutional law, will be able to apply them practically.
Prerequisites
Students must have completed studies, ie they must complete all prescribed subjects and obtain a certain number of credits.
