Introduction to the Methodology of Pedagogy and Special Education Research.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the discipline is to master the basic principles, means, techniques and methods that can be used in the field of independent pedagogical (special pedagogical) research. Emphasis is placed on mastering research methodology in all its components. Teaching theses: ? Empirical pedagogical research. ? Measurement of pedagogical phenomena. ? Determination of research objectives and working hypotheses. ? Methods of obtaining facts, data. ? Statistical methods used in the verification of the validity of hypotheses. ? Dependence between phenomena in nominal measurement. ? Dependence between observed phenomena in ordinal measurement. ? Dependence between phenomena in interval and ratio measurement. ?
