The aim of the discipline is to introduce to students the basics of psychological diagnostics in the persons with mental retardation. Other ways of methodology are involved as well.

Written exam, Student performance
The requirement for students is a minimum of 80% active participation in the exercises. Students' knowledge will be tested by a written test covering the lectures, exercises, and basic literature.
