Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to introduce the field in its broader concept, i.e. the issue of migrants, minorities, addictive behavior, but also emotional disorders and CAN syndromes. Topics: - Refugee issues, children of foreigners in Czech schools. Social disadvantage, social exclusion, causes, prevention, manifestations, intervention programs. - The specifics of the Roma family in the past, in the present, the Roma pupil. - Persons endangered by the environment - historical and socio-cultural context. - Psychological deprivation - causes, manifestations, consequences. Basic psychological needs, psychological deprivation and resilience. - CAN syndrome - abuse, sexual abuse, neglect - causes, manifestations, diagnosis, options for intervention, protection and prevention. - Emotional disorders - e.g. separation anxiety, school phobia, specifics of a child with an emotional disorder in the conditions of school and school facilities. - Disharmonic personality development and psychotic development in childhood - specifics of work in the conditions of school and school facilities. - Non-alcoholic drugs, distribution, addiction and development of addiction, user care system. Specifics for children under 15 years of age. - Alcohol and tobacco, addiction and the development of addiction, user care system, research and trends, legislation in relation to children and youth.
