Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to create a space for students to unravel and understand various situations in contact and communication with clients according to the field of study, and subsequently to create conditions for practicing effective methods of entering into contact, relationship and communication with clients. Within the offered methods and techniques of communication, students have the opportunity to develop their own communication competences, connect self-knowledge with the demands of the future profession and subsequently create intervention strategies and verify them in training conditions.
