Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject Psychopedia 2 is to acquaint students with the current state of comprehensive rehabilitation of persons with intellectual disabilities and other mental disorders. As part of this, we will focus on the issues of psychiatric methodology, diagnostics and research, as well as the possibilities of therapeutic approaches to the given target group. Special attention will be paid to the field of psychiatric gerontagogy, with regard to typical manifestations of aging, diseases in old age and especially neurocognitive disorders and their typical etiological subtypes, including social-health care and special educational support. System of comprehensive rehabilitation of persons with mental disabilities and other psychological disorders. Psychopedic methodology, diagnosis and research. Therapeutic approaches to persons with mental disabilities and other psychological disorders. Psychopedic gerontagogy. Manifestations of aging and diseases in old age.
