Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is the adoption of the system of institutional care for children with hearing impairment in the Czech Republic, including legislative frameworks, within the interested departments, especially the Ministry of the Interior and Ministry of Education and Culture, with an emphasis on the specifics of access to individuals with hearing impairment: according to age (early and preschool age), type of hearing disabilities, including characteristics of differences that must be taken into account in the provision of counseling care. Teaching theses: ? Systemic institutional support for people with hearing impairment in the Czech Republic. ? Legislative and content framework of institutions and facilities intended to help people with hearing impairments at a given age. ? Cooperation? departments of the Ministry of Education and Culture (early care) and the Ministry of Education and Culture (SPC) with regard to the needs of a child with a hearing impairment within the framework of the complexity of child care and development. ? Basic deaf-pedic diagnostics with regard to the target group and practice possibilities. ? Counseling for a child with a hearing impairment and his family with regard to the age, type and characteristics of the hearing impairment. ?
