The aim of the seminar (which is organized as a one-time 4-hour course) is to conclude the practice, to reflect on the knowledge and experience of the students, to use prepared materials from their workplaces. By comparing the experiences of individual students in different institutions and facilities, approaches, forms of work, forms of leadership and cooperation with experts in other fields and specializations will be compared and commented on. The goal is also a deeper knowledge and understanding of the organization of work at different workplaces, the managerial approach of management and inter-institutional cooperation.
